"Kindness is a language that the deaf can hear and the blind can see." Mark Twain
Who am I?
My name is Chaeli Pettitt; I have been an educator with Epic Charter Schools in Oklahoma for four years. I am currently servicing students in 7 different towns within a 60-mile radius of Sulphur. I travel to meet each student, in person and virtually. I work with students pre-kindergarten through 12th grade by personalizing their education to bridge the gap between where they are academically and where they should be.
My strengths include a long history working with children and students. Not only have I cared for children of all ages, but I have been responsible for creating student lessons and helping drive success. I have also helped numerous students cope with emotional stress and social anxiety during times of intensive workloads. I have also been the student's biggest support when they do not have a supportive home environment.
I strive to always show kindness and provide the best environment for students to learn and grow both academically and socially. I have an Associates in Business & Child Development, a Bachelors in Elementary Education, and am working towards my Masters in Curriculum & Instruction with an emphasis on Educational Technology. I believe this makes me a well rounded educator.
